Users are fully responsible for the content they publish.

5. Pricing and Payments

Prices for services are displayed on the platform or agreed upon separately.
Invoices must be paid within the specified period. In case of non-payment, access to services may be restricted or terminated.

6. Contract Duration and Termination

Unless otherwise agreed, services begin upon publication of a listing and may renew automatically.
Both parties may terminate the agreement in accordance with applicable notice periods.

7. Intellectual Property

All platform content, software, and trademarks remain the property of immoscout24.al or its licensors.
Users grant immoscout24.al the right to use, publish, and promote their submitted content for platform operation and marketing purposes.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Contracts concluded between users

• Any indirect or consequential damages

Liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.
